Sound Physicians Enters Agreement to Provide Hospitalist Services to Norwegian American Hospital - Leading Hospitalist Organization Focuses on Improving Quality, Reducing Cost of Healthcare
Sound Physicians, a leading hospitalist organization focused on driving improvements to inpatient care announced today its agreement with Norwegian American Hospital to provide hospitalist services to their 200-bed acute care facility in Chicago.
TACOMA, WA, October 06, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sound Physicians, a leading hospitalist organization focused on driving improvements in quality, satisfaction and financial performance of inpatient healthcare delivery, announced today its agreement with Norwegian American Hospital to provide hospitalist services to their 200-bed acute care facility in Chicago, Ill.
Sound Physicians will care for hospitalized medical patients in consultation with community physicians. Staffing for the programs will consist of valued hospitalist team members previously employed by the hospital plus new physicians recruited by Sound Physicians.
The addition of Norwegian Hospital adds greater depth to Sound Physicians' strong Midwest presence.
