Online Checklist Management System Streamlines Pharmacist Workflow

Managers can run real-time reports to easily see which forms have been completed and monitor trends in compliance by hospital area or criteria. VeriForm has fully-integrated email capabilities so completed forms can be emailed to nurse managers and others for approval, if needed.

"When I first started doing audits, everything was all together. Now, we are able to split the sections apart, so each section gets their own report. I believe this helps clarify and pinpoint where and what some specific issues are," said D'Salva-Bouton. "The greatest piece about the application is that it can be set up as hospital-wide. All departments can set up their various audits and hopefully can be integrated into one hospital audit function. I think that is the best way to keep the whole hospital in the loop!"
