It has become the first Seattle based residential management company to be awarded Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) status by the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

In order to attain a CRMC ranking, a company must adhere to the highest standards in the property management industry as determined by the NARPM. The standards apply to both procedures and customer service. A detailed examination of a company is conducted by property management peers. Fewer than 45 firms operating in the U.S. have attained this CRMC designation.
