Realize Your Radiance: Day-long Women's Workshop Focuses on Seeing Beyond the Societal Boundaries of Beauty
Kim Trimmer of Seattle's InsideOut Yoga is proud to announce that this year's Realize Your Radiance event has been scheduled for March 21, 2009 at the Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) in Seattle.

SEATTLE, WA, February 22, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kim Trimmer of Seattle's InsideOut Yoga is proud to announce that this year's Realize Your Radiance event has been scheduled for March 21, 2009 at the Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) in Seattle. Now in its third year, this innovative, day-long workshop focuses on helping women see beyond the limited and limiting societal boundaries of beauty, to nurture themselves by bringing balance to their lives, and to become empowered by recognizing that their beauty comes from within.

Offered by a group of local experts such as Kim Trimmer, Shannon Patterson, Mary Purdy and Laura Cruikshank, Realize Your Radiance offers women a variety of workshops to choose from to help them escape cultural limitations and explore their own unique expressions of beauty. Focused on body, mind, spirit and home, this year's sessions include Enjoy Your Body From the Inside Out with Yoga, Exploring Your Core Identity: Principles & Practices for a Soulful Life, Understanding Your "Money Personality," Food and Mood: Three Days to More Energy and Mental Clarity, Nurturing Yourself to Thrive as a Mom, Let Go of the "No," and more.

"In these workshops, we allow women to see that the beauty they possess has little to do with the size of their jeans or whether or not they ate dessert last night," says Trimmer, a counselor and yoga and meditation teacher.

"They come to see that their beauty has everything to do with feeling peace and contentment with who they are and joy in what they are doing with their lives. When these aspects are present, women truly radiate in a way that make-up or clothing can never replicate," Trimmer adds.

Sponsored by Inside Out Yoga and a team of volunteers, the event is scheduled for Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Urban Horticulture in Seattle. Early registration is $75 per person through March 1. After March 1, the event is $90 per person. The registration fee includes lunch. Some reduced fee scholarships are available. Space is limited so Trimmer encourages women to enroll early.
